Delivery of T129 ATAK Early Entry Helicopters to Turkish Armed Forces Completed
TUSAŞ – Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ) has successfully completed the delivery of the ninth and final T129 ATAK Early Entry Helicopter (EDH) to the Turkish Armed Forces as part of the ATAK Program.
The completion of the delivery of the first fleet marks a significant milestone for the Turkish aerospace and defense industry. With the contributions of key stakeholders, including the Undersecretariat for Defence Industries and the Turkish Land Forces Command, the final T129 ATAK EDH Helicopter took off from TUSAŞ's Akıncı Facility on July 31, 2015, officially entering the Turkish Land Forces Command inventory.
The T129 ATAK Helicopter continues to be effectively deployed in the operational areas of the Turkish Armed Forces, showcasing its superior features, extensive mission capabilities, and exceptional performance at high altitudes and in hot environments.
