
TUSAŞ – Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ) has officially commenced the Turkish Utility Helicopter Program (TUHP) as the prime contractor. Following the issuance of export licenses by the United States, contracts have been signed between the Defense Industry Agency (SSM), TUSAŞ as the main contractor, Sikorsky Aircraft as the main subcontractor, and various local subcontractors, marking the program’s initiation.
